Ein kleiner Junge bittet seinen Vater um einen Dollar, für eine alte Dame im Park.
A little boy asks his father for a dollar for an old lady in the park.
Sein Vater ist beeindruckt von der Güte seines Sohnes und gibt ihm einen Dollar.
His father is impressed by his son's kindness and gives him a dollar.
"Bitteschön, mein Sohn", sagt der Vater.
"There you are my son," says the father.
"Sag mir, ist die alte Dame nicht mehr in der Lage zu arbeiten?"
"Tell me, isn't the old lady able to work any more?"
"Sie verkauft Süßigkeiten", antwortet sein Sohn.
"She sells candy," replies his son.
