Eines Tages fragt ein Mann den lieben Gott. "Gott, was ist für dich ein Jahrhundert?" "Nur eine Sekunde", antwortet der liebe Gott. "Und was ist für dich eine Million?" "Nur ein Cent." "Würdest du mir dann einen Cent geben?", fragt der Mann. "Natürlich", sagt der liebe Gott, "warte bitte eine Sekunde."

One day a man asks the good Lord. "God, what is a century to you?" "Just a second," replies the dear God. "And what is a million to you?" "Just a cent." "Would you give me a cent then?" asks the man. "Of course," says the good Lord, "please wait a second."
