Jack meets Helen in the pub.
Jack : Comment vas-tu ?
Jack: How are you?
Helen : Bien. Et toi ?
Helen: Good. And you?
Jack : Très bien ! Je rentre juste de mon voyage à Paris.
Jack: Brilliant! Just back from my trip to Paris.
Helen : Comment était-ce ? As-tu vu la Tour Eiffel ?
Helen: How was it? Did you see the Eiffel Tower?
Jack : Bien sûr que oui ! La Tour Eiffel est vraiment immense. On ne s'en rend compte qu'une fois qu'on est devant.
Jack: Yes sure! The Eiffel Tower is really huge. You don't realize that until you stand in front of it.
Helen : Es-tu monté dans la tour ?
Helen: Did you go up the tower?
Jack : Non, je souffre de vertige !
Jack: No, I'm afraid of heights!
Helen : Je vois ! Qu'as-tu fait d'autre ?
Helen: I see! What else did you do?
Jack : Je suis allé au Louvre puis aux Champs-Elysées.
Jack: I went to the Louvre and then to the Champs-Elysées.
Helen : Super ! Je veux aller à Paris, moi aussi.
Helen: Great! I want to go to Paris too.
Jack : Oui, pourquoi pas ? Je te le conseille !
Jack: Yes, why not? I recommend it!
