Jack : Salut, Melanie et Hugh ! Vous rentrez de Thaïlande ?
Jack: Hi Melanie and Hugh! Back from Thailand?
Melanie : De Thaïlande ? Oh non, nous sommes allés à Taïwan, cette fois.
Melanie: Thailand? Oh no, we've been to Taiwan this time.
Jack : Je vois. Comment était-ce ?
Jack: I see. How was it?
Hugh : C'était bien. Nous avons visité quelques temples et des marchés de nuit.
Hugh: It was nice. We went to a couple of temples and night markets.
Jack : Ça a l'air bien.
Jack: Sounds nice.
Melanie : Oui, mais ce que je n'aimais pas à Taïwan, c'était la circulation dingue et les chiens errants dans la rue.
Melanie: Yes, but what I didn't like about Taiwan was the insane traffic and the stray dogs on the street.
Jack : Ah bon ? Une fois, j'ai vu un chien errant en Espagne. Il m'a suivi pendant un moment.
Jack: Really? I saw a stray dog in Spain once. He was following me around for a while.
Melanie : Ça semble être un vrai problème dans certains pays !
Melanie: They seem to be a real problem in some countries!
Hugh : J'ai lu que le maire d'une ville roumaine donnait les chiens errants à manger aux lions du zoo !
Hugh: I read once that a mayor of a Romanian town fed the stray dogs to the lions in the zoo!
Jack : Oh, mon Dieu ! C'est vraiment brutal !
Jack: Oh my god! That's really brutal!
