Peter : Salut, Roman. Content de te parler à nouveau. Oh, ça fait combien de temps ? 10 ans ?
Peter: Hi, Roman. Good to talk to you again. Wow, how long has it been? 10 years?
Roman : Peter !! Oui, on s'est vus à la réunion d'anciens élèves il y a 10 ou 11 ans.
Roman: Peter!! Yes, it's been 10 or 11 years since we met at the school reunion.
Peter : Alors, comment ça va ? Tu travailles toujours comme entraîneur de club de foot ?
Peter: So how are things? Still working as a coach at the football club?
Roman : Non, pas vraiment.
Roman: No, not really.
Peter : Mais tu adorais jouer au foot, non ? On jouait tout le temps avec Rainer. Comment va Rainer, au fait ?
Peter: But you loved to play football, no? We used to play with Rainer all the time. How is Rainer by the way?
Roman : Rainer ? Oh, tu ne sais pas ce qui lui est arrivé ? Il est mort dans le tsunami en 2004.
Roman: Rainer? Oh, don't you know what happened to him? He died in the tsunami in 2004.
Peter : Oh, mon Dieu. Je n'en savais rien.
Peter: Oh, my god. I didn't know that.
Roman : Il était allé à "Khao Lak" avec sa femme Christine et il n'est jamais rentré. C'était mon meilleur ami.
Roman: He went to "Khao Lak" with his wife Christine and never came back. He was my best friend.
Peter : Je suis vraiment désolé de l'apprendre. Il était sympa !
Peter: So sorry to hear that. He was a nice guy!
