Stefan: How about Italian?

Angelina : Ou japonais ?

Angelina: Or maybe Japanese?

Stefan : Du poisson cru ? Impossible. Ça me semble dangereux.

Stefan: Raw fish? No way. That doesn't sound safe to me.

Angelina : Ne t'inquiète pas. Je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes.

Angelina: Don't worry. I never had problems.

Stefan : Mais comment tuent-ils les microbes sans cuire ?

Stefan: But how do they kill the germs without cooking?

Angelina : Ils congèlent le poisson pendant quelques jours. L'odeur indique aussi si le poisson est bon.

Angelina: They deep-freeze the fish for a couple of days. You can also tell from the smell if the fish is okay.

Stefan : Intéressant. Comment le sais-tu ?

Stefan: Interesting. How do you know that?

Angelina : J'ai travaillé 2 ans dans un restaurant japonais.

Angelina: I worked at a Japanese restaurant for 2 years.
