"Heb je dat doelpunt gezien,Patrick?"
"Did you see that goal, Patrick?"
"Ja, dat was een geweldig schot. Drogba is een erg goede spits."
"Yes, it was a great shot. Drogba is a very good striker."
"Dat is waar. De doelman kon niets doen, alleen maar kijken hoe de bal hem voorbij vloog."
"That's true. The goalkeeper couldn't do anything about it, except watch the ball fly past him."
"Ik heb medelijden met die doelman. Dat is de derde keer in twintig minuten. Ik vraag me af hoeveel doelpunten hij nog tegen krijgt vandaag."
"I feel sorry for that goalkeeper. That's the third time in twenty minutes. I wonder how many goals he will concede today."
"Ja, het is een ellendige dag voor hem. En het is nog niet voorbij!"
"Yes, he's having a miserable day. And it's not over yet!"
