The hungry bear
Een man loopt door het bos wanneer hij een hongerige beer dichterbij ziet komen.
A man is walking in the woods when he sees a hungry bear coming closer.
Hij begint als een gek te rennen, maar plotseling heeft hij een idee en hij vraagt God om in te grijpen:
He starts to run like crazy, but suddenly he has an idea and he asks God to intervene:
"Heer, alstublieft, laat deze beer religieuze principes hebben!"
- Lord, please, make this bear have religious principles!
Op hetzelfde moment knielt de beer en zegt:
At the same moment, the bear gets down on its knees and says:
"Lieve Heer, dank u voor het eten dat u mij gezonden heeft."
- Dear God, thank you for this food you've prepared for me.
