Two old friends meet at a party.
Stephan: Oi Jack, como tem passado?
Stephan: Hi Jack, how have you been?
Jack: Estou bem, obrigado! Onde está a sua namorada Melanie?
Jack: Thanks, I'm fine! Where is your girlfriend Melanie?
Stephan: Melanie? Ah, nós terminamos há um mês. Sinto falta dela todos os dias.
Stephan: Melanie? Oh, we split up one month ago. I miss her every day.
Jack: Imagino.
Jack: I can imagine that.
Stephan: O problema é que ela queria ir viajar e eu queria começar uma família.
Stephan: The problem was she wanted to go travelling and I wanted to start a family.
Jack: Entendo. Então você está sozinho agora? Quer vir à nossa festa de Ano Novo?
Jack: I see. So you are all alone now. Do you want to come to our party on New Year's Eve?
Stephan: Adoraria.
Stephan: I'd love to come.
Jack: Ótimo!
Jack: Great!
