Adriana: Há um novo restaurante tailandês no centro da cidade. Vamos lá hoje à noite?
Adriana: There is a new Thai restaurant in the city centre. Should we go there tonight?
Jacob: Ah ... não sei. Eu não gosto de comida apimentada.
Jacob: Hmm ... I don't know. I don't like spicy food.
Adriana: A esposa do meu chefe é tailandesa. Ela disse que é muito bom. O chefe de cozinha é de Bangkok, então os pratos são muito autênticos.
Adriana: The wife of my boss is Thai. She said it's really good. The chef is from Bangkok, so the dishes are very authentic.
Jacob: Soa bom. Eu amo "Pad Thai". Vou pedir isso, geralmente não é muito apimentado.
Jacob: Sounds good. I love "Pad Thai". I'll order that. Normally that is not too spicy.
Adriana: Eu vou pedir "Tomkha gai".
Adriana: I'll go for "Tom kha gai".
Jacob: O que é isso?
Jacob: What is that?
Adriana: Uma sopa feita com leite de coco, capim-limão e frango.
Adriana: A soup made with coconut milk, lemongrass and chicken.
Jacob: Eu quero esse também!
Jacob: I want that too!
Adriana: Apimentado demais para você!
Adriana: Too spicy for you!
Jacob: Ah, está bem. Deixa para lá.
Jacob: Oh, OK. Nevermind.
